Women of Color Network – A national grassroots initiative dedicated to building the capacity of women of color advocates responding to violence against women of color. New Horizons – 24 hour non-profit organization that has been providing service to those impacted by domestic or intimate partner violence for 40 years. From a 24-hour hotline and emergency shelter to court advocacy and groups and programs for the community, we are dedicated to helping to find solutions for those who experience domestic violence. Hallie House – Hallie House for Women & Children provides substance users a safe, home-like environment where they can learn life and parenting skills. |
Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV) – A membership organization of Connecticut’s 18 domestic violence service agencies that provides critical support to victims including counseling, support groups, emergency shelter, court advocacy, safety planning, and lethality assessment. ABC Women's Center – ABC Women’s Center provides free and confidential pregnancy resources and services (both single services and programs) to women in our community. |
Women and Families Center (WFC) in Meriden – WFC offers confidential support services and support groups for survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones as well as accompaniment and advocacy through medical, police, and legal systems. Connecticut Alliance to End Sexual Violence – a statewide alliance of individual sexual assault crisis programs. The Alliance works to end sexual violence through victim assistance, community education, and public policy advocacy. |
